The mission of the team of consultants which I lead, who specialise in transport-related issues, is to provide professional support for the Polish and European transport sector to stimulate its prompt and optimal development.

Our business provides a comprehensive set of consulting services that are of value at every stage of the projects under consideration – from preliminary visions and forecasts through feasibility studies to post-implementation assessments.

The range of topics we deal with is extremely broad. It includes: market and strategic analyses, economic-financial studies, engineering analyses as well as technical reports.

Our interdisciplinary team is a guarantee of accurate technical, legal and economic insights. This special asset along with a wealth of our experience make TOR’s project a solid and reliable basis for making crucial decisions.

We deal mostly in analyses pertaining to rail transport and links between road and rail infrastructure. Many of our ideas have been incorporated into strategic documents of great importance for the rail transport sector in Poland.
